The service desk is located at the ÄZB entrance. Here, library cards may be issued for newcomers. Afterwards, the information desk can be used to place holds, check out and return books, place orders, extend due dates, rent book carts and, in the worst case, pay late fees.

The information desk employees are happy to help you Monday through Friday from 09.00 to 17.00.

Our librarians will happily support you in your research

Located next to our service point is the Information Desk. Our librarians there will happily support you in your database and Campus Catalogue research, as well as provide you answers to any questions you might have regarding our media offering.
